The service

VerifiedOpens provides email open and link-click tracking for Gmail through a Chrome extension and related web services. By installing the extension or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including privacy and electronic-communications laws. You must not use VerifiedOpens to send spam or unlawful content.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is sold as a prepaid pass for 30 days or 1 year and does not renew automatically. Buying a new pass before the current one ends adds its time to the remaining time. In Egypt, payments are processed by our payment provider XPay in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Everywhere else, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com: Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders, charges in US dollars and handles customer service inquiries and returns for them, and its buyer terms apply. Your bank may convert prices to your card's currency.

Accuracy

Email tracking depends on recipients' email software. We work to separate real opens from automated ones but cannot guarantee that every open is detected or classified correctly.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”, without warranties. We may change these terms or our prices with notice; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
